Service Description

Kinesiology is a gentle holistic therapy that accesses the body’s own intelligence to identify stress, imbalance and stored emotional patterns. Using muscle testing as a form of bio-feedback, kinesiology allows the body to communicate what it needs to heal. Every cell in the body holds memory and vibration, and unresolved emotional stress can keep us stuck in repeating patterns without us even realising it. Kinesiology works across all levels — physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual — supporting the flow of energy through the meridians and chakras. When energy is balanced and flowing correctly, we naturally feel clearer, calmer and more aligned. Through energetic balancing, I assist you in releasing self-limiting beliefs, reconnecting with your higher self, and stepping into the best version of who you truly are. We are all meant to shine — it is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Kinesiology and Bio Resonance are interchangeable within sessions when required, depending on what the body indicates.
